The last weekend in July each year, Camp Lone Star hosts the annual BBQ and Auction Fundraiser to support Camp and all that this ministry does to transform lives and grow God’s kingdom. This event is one of the main events which supports Camp Lone Star each year and we work hard to be good stewards of the financial resources entrusted to us in order to best glorify God and transform lives through Adventurous Christ-Centered Experiences.
The day includes an outdoor worship service under the canopy of trees near the lake (A/C live streamed service is available in the Koop Center) followed by that good ‘ole Texas BBQ. After that, enjoy the great fellowship and fun of the live and silent auctions—you won’t want to miss it!

Absolutely! We love when people have the opportunity to support Camp even if they could not physically attend the day of the BBQ & Auction.

Absolutely! We love when people have the opportunity to support Camp even if they cannot physically attend the day of the BBQ & Auction.
can i donate items to the auction?
Yes! This day is only successful because of the many generous and thoughtful donations to be put into the auction. You can donate an item by clicking the link below to fill out the item donation form. All donations are tax-deductible. We ask that you stop by Camp to drop your item off, or you can mail it directly to us. If neither of these options works well for you, call the Camp office and we will schedule a time to come pick up your donated item (within a 50 mile radius).
Desired items include: gift certificates, vacation packages, product baskets, handmade quilts/furniture/etc., electronics, quality art pieces, autographed sports and music memorabilia, event tickets, etc.
(Gift certificates and similar items, when possible, should be valid through October 1, 2024 or later.)
We would greatly appreciate receiving all auction item donations by July 14, 2024.
(Perishable items such as baked goods may be delivered the day of the event, however please submit the form by July 14)
