The Young Adult Retreat is time set aside for adults (graduated high school-28 years old) to dive deep into God’s Word, find joy in community, and embark on fun adventures all around camp!
This weekend will be an opportunity to explore all of things that God has in store for you while walking alongside your peers experiencing similar things. There will be opportunities to build one another up in faith and in life, while experiencing camp life in a whole new way!
Opportunities include: Campfire Devotions, Bible Study, High Ropes, Large Group Games, Camp Olympics, and more! Plus, plenty of time to unwind and experience God’s peace surrounded by His beautiful creation!

Cost: $199/participant
- All participants will be housed in the Christ Cabin.
- Each room in the Christ Cabin has six twin bunk beds (Rooms will have up to 12 attendees).
- The Christ Cabin has public bathrooms with six private showers located across the hall from each bunk room.
- Pillows, blankets, bed and bath linens are NOT provided.
Registration Notes:
- If you have attended camp before, you most likely have a registration login. Email registration@camplonestar.org if you forgot your login information.
- Cabin mate requests can be made through the registration process. Our system will allow you to list 2 cabin mate requests.
- Cancellations prior to December 26, 2025 will receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations after this date will result in the forfeiture of all payments.

women's renewal retreat

The Women’s Renewal retreat is time set aside for ladies (18+) to reflect on God’s Word, connect with our sisters in Christ, and explore the beauty of His creation.
Get ready for a fun-filled weekend packed with adventurous Christ-centered experiences, including: hiking, archery, tomahawk throwing, arts & crafts, canoeing, star gazing, prayer walks, campfire devotions, conquering the climbing tower, and so much more!
Join us as we experience renewal both physically and spiritually, growing in our faith and deepening our relationships with new and longtime friends!
*Cost:
Retreat Center: $249/participant
(limited space available)
• All rooms have a variation of Queen, Twin and Bunk Beds
• No one will be put on a top bunk unless requested
• Each room has a private bathroom
• Pillows, blankets, bed and bath linens are provided
Retreat Center rooms will have up to 3 attendees per room, or more if requested.
Cabins: $159/participant
• Each cabin has a shared bathroom with two private showers and restroom stalls
• Pillows, blankets, bed and bath linens are NOT provided
Cabins will have up to 6 attendees per cabin, or more if requested.
Cabin mate requests can be made through the registration process. Our system will allow you to list 2 cabin mate requests; if you would like to request more than 2 ladies to room with, please email registration@camplonestar.org.

2026 Women’s Renewal Theme: Everlasting
Everlasting invites women into 25 Psalms that reflect the full range of life’s emotions, including joy and sorrow, confidence and confusion, praise and lament. These ancient prayers help us speak honestly before God and recognize His steady presence in every season. With Scripture at the center, the book encourages reflection, prayer, and deeper trust in the grace that does not change and the faithfulness of God that endures from everlasting to everlasting.
Christina Hergenrader is an author, speaker, and growth coach who loves helping women rest in God’s grace and rediscover who they are in Christ. She is the author of twelve books, including Everlasting: Peaks, Valleys, and Grace in the Psalms, along with numerous Bible studies and works of fiction shaped by Scripture, storytelling, and emotional insight.
Christina has been connected to Camp Lone Star for more than forty years, and it remains one of the places closest to her heart. She is grateful for the ways God has used this camp to renew faith, form community, and point generations back to Christ.
Christina lives in Friendswood, Texas, with her husband, Mike, and their four young adult children. When she is not writing or speaking, she loves time at her family’s Galveston beach house, walking her rescue greyhounds, and lingering in meaningful conversations about faith and life.
